Hellooo my loves! I hope you all had fabulous weekends! I know I’ve had better ones, but hey, you can’t win them all.
No need to whine about my lackluster weekend…I got some shopping in which is always for the better 😉
My eats for the weekend were the usual fare…normal stuff, with a little less structure. I didn’t capture all my eats but I got these two lovely photos for ya
The burrito originially came with yellow rice, but I opted out for lettuce instead.
Green monsters were consumed, snacky items (TJs PB pretzels anyone!?), no fro yo surprisingly…
I just realized these pictures kinda suck…two similar looking wraps were all I managed to capture. Oh well!
The second wrap has asparagus (raw…great idea Kelly!) and some tomatoes from our garden, with the last of my Sabra hummus for dipping. Alongside, a quickly ripening plum.
Here starts another long week….but wait! Yup, that’s right, I start graduate school this week! 😮 Craziness, I know. I don’t feel like a grad student! I honestly can’t wait! I have always loved the fall…everything about it, especially the “back-to-school” feeling!! It’s awesome, and September (rather than January) will always signify a new year to me 🙂
I still will be working 30 hours a week, and going to school full time. I know, I know, but I have no choice! Girl’s gotta have the $$ to live, ya know? I only am going to school 2 days a week (Wednesday mornings and allllll day Thursday). Luckily, my classes were scheduled so that I could do them (aside from one) all in one day. Great for getting work hours in, sucky for being on campus for twelve hours on Thursdays. Oh well, whatev. Plenty of internet time!! 😉 And studying time once the semester kicks off, I’m sure.
So this is my first week of my new schedule. Although technically classes start today, I don’t go in until Wednesday. I really can’t wait to dive into my career, and actually get some training/information relevant to what I want to do!
And although this week’s a busy one, it will be worth it, because I’m making the trip to see my boyfriend this weekend, so it makes everything worth it 🙂
Hope you all have a great workday/first day of school!!
🙂

Love how you were able to find something decently healthy at the mall. They totally need more of those options in food courts!
Sounds like you have a busy schedule ahead of you, but I love how positive and upbeat you are about it! Keep up that attitude and you’ll be out in the real world, doing what you want to do, and making big bucks before you know it. 🙂

I’ll have to try raw asparagus. That’s something I always assume has to be cooked!
Good luck on your first day tomorrow!
