Hi all! Gotta make this a quick post, got a lot going on tonight!

Breakfast was delightful!  Overnight oats of course!

The mix:

1/2 cup oats, soaked in water overnight

1 container Stonyfield Farms Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt…yummm

1/2 tbsp flax

1 banana, sliced

small spoonful Mighty Maple Love 🙂

Huge, filling, and delicious!

Mid-morning snackie was 1/2 a sliced cuke

Lunch was eaten on the run at work…

a Clif Builder Cookes & Cream Protein Bar (20g!!)…very good!!

1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese

an apple!

Dinner was (is…still eating, no pic though, sorry!) an entire green pepper, sliced

Leftover Asian Medley steamed veggies from last night 🙂

Little scoop part-skim ricotta cheese (I’m a weirdo, I love eating it by the spoonful!!)

1 whole wheat wrap

2 tbsp Sabra Roasted Red Pepper hummus..mmm.  Not much protein though, so something else is probably in order.

Plans for tonight (St. Patty’s Day!) include a trip to a local bar for a few drinks with friends and just enjoying the it’s-kinda-almost-springtime weather! 😀
